Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped out to you within 7 – 14 days of receipt of your order.  If there are any items which you have ordered and they are out of stock or sold out, we will send your order without these items. If you choose to Back Order any items not available at the time you place your order please specify that you would like to Back Order and we will contact you by email once the item(s)  are back in stock.
Our orders are sent thru Australia Post.

Returns & Replacements
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know with 15 days of receipt of your order, that you have items for return or exchange.  Once you have advised us return the items to us within 30 days of date on the receipt along with a copy of the invoice and we will be more than happy to exchange the items or provide you with a credit or refund.  Shipping charges for the items returned will be the customer’s responsibility.
All Credits will be refunded back in your Credit Card Account as per payment.

WEBSITE:  All orders can be placed directly from our website, through our shopping cart.

When any items are marked as LIMITED EDITION on the description once these items are SOLD OUT they will not be available again.

Out of Stock Items/Back Orders
Occasionally we will have sold out items but we do our best to get the items back into stock as soon as possible. If you would like us to automatically ship them to you when they are back in stock, Please Let Us Know.  We will place those items on BACK ORDER for you.  Otherwise, you will need to re order the items.

Payment
Online payments are processed via the secure Pay Pal payment method.  Payment is due when the order is placed, and products will be shipped when payment is received.

You do not need to have a paypal account to make a purchase.  When you are directed to the paypal site, simply click on 'continue' under the mastercard and Visa icons to enter your credit card details.

Paypal accepts Mastercard and Visa.  Payment is made instantly via paypal, meaning you receive your purchases quickly, without having to wait for funds to clear.

Payment made via e-cheque however does take a number of days to process and this must be taken into account when making a purchase.  As soon as your funds have cleared in the Enchanting Miniatures & Gifts paypal account your purchases will be sent.

Paypal encrypts all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers. When information is sent it is protected by SSL with encryption key length of 128 bits (being the highest level commercially available).
